12 Years Of Changing Lives

Twelve years – we don’t even know where to begin. It’s been an honor of a lifetime to have been in this industry for this long, especially with extraordinary people who are beside us throughout the journey. As we look back on the years that have gone by, we couldn’t help but be filled with immense gratitude for the opportunities we’ve been given to change lives.

The past years were happy and successful in many ways. It has been defined by a kaleidoscope of happy memories, remarkable relationships between clients and employees, supportive friendships, and camaraderie. Every single day we are humbled and inspired by people all around us working hard to improve the lives of others. Every day we have colleagues who make us laugh, have our backs, and genuinely want to help. Surely, our greatest success is defined by our people.

Celebrating our 12th anniversary gives us the time and opportunity to connect the dots of past milestones, memories, and even misadventures. Steve Jobs once said, “You can’t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future.” This resonates with us even more remembering that we started despite not having all the answers. All we had were our unshakeable faith in our purpose and a big heart to serve. Which, as it turns out, were exactly just what we needed.

You see, the dots connected somehow. Every person, every milestone, served as the stars that make up the universe of our company – each shining on their own, each being a light in our journey. Our people, our successes and failures, all have strengthened us to be limitless in our pursuit to change lives.

As we close this chapter and begin a new one, we want to thank you for your limitless support to the work we do. The past 12 years is an adventure of a lifetime. Full of twists and turns, but we wouldn’t have it any other way.
