 The Community Outreach Associate (COA) is responsible for finding and engaging qualified Home Care Key partners. The COA needs to be skilled at landscaping local Home Care Partners, researching and prioritizing prospects, attending and hosting local events, building and tracking outreach programs, and facilitating discussions, partnership pitching and successfully transitioning to qualified referral partners. The COA will be responsible for initiating and maintaining sales contacts with prospects generated through multiple marketing channels, the development of relationships with strategic partners, nurturing marketing generated leads, and focused targeted prospecting. 

Essential Duties:

Is a metrics-driven position, where you will be responsible for hitting monthly and quarterly goals and compensated accordingly.

1. Generate leads through cold calls and visits to referral partners and lead sources

2. Creatively identify lead sources, figuring out and evaluating the most qualified targets

3. Attend industry events as a representative of Care Indeed, make connections, and nurture the relationships

4. Speak to potential partners to understand their unique challenges and goals

5. Effectively pitch and evaluate why businesses should consider partnering

6. Knowledgeably discuss key trends in the market

7. Attend and host networking and other marketing events

8. Prepare marketing materials for events, ensuring materials are prepared in advance

9. Achieve weekly individual goals

10. Timely and thorough follow up on marketing-generated leads

11. Initiating and maintaining sales contacts with new and existing referral source partners

12. Maintain effective lines of communication to ensure expectations are exceeded

13. Effectively transition interested partners in signing on with Care Indeed

14. Take steps to enhance and enrich the position and image of the company through various goals and objectives

15. Perform other duties assigned

Skills & Experience:

1. Passion to hunt (cold-call), educate, and sell; able to open up doors.

2. Outgoing and engaging personality with the ability to quickly build rapport and develop working relationships with referral sources.

3. Organized and disciplined in creating and qualifying new referral partners

4. Proactive work ethic in finding and tracking down new referral partners

5. Skilled in utilizing CMS software to document activities, create follow up items, and maintain relationships

6. Creative problem solver during the engagement objection handling process

7. A proven track record of meeting sales goals, with quota and metrics driven objectives

8. Able to hold an intelligent and persuasive discussion with prospects and move the process forward

9. Ability to work proactively, independently, and reliably under tight time frames in a fast-paced environment

10. Excellent communication skills including the ability to write emails clearly and discuss complex topics simply with our potential partners

11. Capability to learn our market, our business, our culture, and foster a spirit of learning and continuous development in others

12. The ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing, is required
