What you'll do:

Take and maintain initial intake call and convert leads to an Assessment

Understand client needs and requirements, and translate that into actionable next steps for Care Indeed to provide care

Collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of all prospects 

Prospecting through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls

Creating a strong prospective client experience from their first interaction with Care Indeed through to the start of care

Work across other Care Indeed functions including Care Pro operations and Supervisor of Direct Care Team to ensure a high-quality client experience 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Assessors
  • Prospecting through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls
  • Track all leads, prospects, and clients via internal systems (CRM)
  • Understand client needs and requirements, and translate that into actionable next steps for Care Indeed to provide care
  • Work across other Care Indeed functions including Care Pro operations and Implementation team to ensure a high-quality client experience
  • Understand client needs and requirements
  • Articulate the Care Indeed proposition to prospective clients

Education:

College Degree Preferred

Training in gerontology/geriatrics preferred

Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • A keen understanding of normal aging and health care of older adults 
  • Competency in client needs evaluation, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of client and employee satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior customer service and/or sales experience a plus
  • Strong commitment to providing the highest quality care and customer service
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, particularly via the phone
  • Proven track record of managing processes with strong attention to detail
  • Sensitivity to client needs and patience and compassion in dealing with them
  • Positive and can-do attitude
  • Confidence and creative problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility and availability for schedules to include hours outside of standard work week: Care Indeed operates 24/7 across multiple time zones
