Care Indeed is an In-Home Care company and we’re in the midst of shifting

from a traditional “staffing company” to a “patient-experience company.” Our

founders, Dee and Vanessa bootstrapped this company by knocking on doors

asking strangers “do you need in-home care?” Seven years later and annual

revenue projections of $25MM, we’re taking action on recreating this

company. We plan to do this through open-source technology, use of the IoT

space, and partnerships-as- a-service to eliminate the fragmented

communication loop, as well as rethinking the role of a Caregiver. Our mission

Your Key Activities:

·        Install and configure computer hardware operating systems, applications and Wifi

·        Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks

·        Talk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to- face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues

·        Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware

·        or software issues

·        Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports

·        Support the roll-out of new applications

·        Set up new users, accounts and profiles and deal with password issues

·        Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs

·        Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time

·        Test and evaluate new technology

·        Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements and company goals

·        Manage daily support and maintenance of internal Salesforce instance, and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements

IT & Salesforce Administrator

·        Communicate with project managers, clients and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment

·        Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully

·        Provide system administration support of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects and workflow

·        Responsible for the training, reporting, administration, and oversight of Salesforce Service Cloud

·        Prepare reports by collecting, merging, analyzing, and summarizing information from Salesforce Service Cloud, as well as registration system and other relevant sources

(Required) You’re a fit because of your:

·        Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline

·        3+ three years of IT background

·        Proficiency with Apex, VisualForce

·        2+ years Salesforce Service Cloud administrative experience

·        Self-motivated and creative attitude

(Preferred) You’re hopefully:

·        Salesforce Admin 201 Certified.

·        Salesforce 401 Developer Certified (Bonus)
