In the home care industry, we've encountered challenges, some subtly nuanced and others glaringly obvious, particularly as women entrepreneurs. However, rather than allowing these obstacles to deter us, they've fueled our determination to forge ahead and shape our own destinies. As women, we're inherently called upon to embody courage and resilience, especially in the face of adversity. It's imperative that we not only persevere but also uplift and celebrate one another along the way.

Roughly 67% of the global health and social care workforce comprises women, underlining their indispensable role in shaping the industry's trajectory.
